Option one: I will work with you to get as much money as we can get for your horse. I want the best for you and your horse, so the goal is to find it the perfect home sooner rather than later. Owner is responsible for paying the boarding and care of horse.
20% of sale price or the price of training for the months that they are hear, whichever is greater. The payment for services is due within a week of the sale of your horse.
Option two: Your horse will stay at your barn, you are required to get the pictures and videos I need to appropriately advertise your horse for you. You will be charged 10% based off the price your horse sells at.
